Returns Policy
Custom-Made Products
Please choose carefully. Because your blinds and curtains are manufactured specifically to your unique measurements and color choices, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect measurements once production has commenced.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is manufactured incorrectly (e.g., wrong size supplied vs. ordered), we will replace or repair the item at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Safe Transport Guarantee
All orders are fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" and contact us.
