Do I measure the recess or the blind size?
This depends on your fit type. If you select Recess Fit (Inside), provide us with the exact window opening size—we will make the necessary deductions so it fits perfectly. If you select Face Fit (Outside), provide us with the exact size you want the blind to be (we make no deductions).
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because every product is custom-made to your exact specifications, we begin the manufacturing process almost immediately. You have a 24-hour cooling-off period to contact us for changes. After this, fees may apply if materials have already been cut.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does manufacturing take?
Our standard manufacturing turnaround is 5 business days for blinds and 7 business days for curtains. During peak periods (like pre-Christmas), these timeframes may extend slightly.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to almost all locations in Australia. For remote areas, our courier partners may have specific delivery schedules.
Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty?
We offer a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty on all our custom blinds and curtains. This covers mechanisms, components, and fabric integrity under normal use.
What if I measured incorrectly?
We highly recommend double-checking your measurements using our Measurement Guide before ordering. As these are custom-made products, we cannot accept returns for incorrect customer measurements. However, please contact our support team—we can often suggest a solution or a cost-effective resize.
